We are growing and looking for a Recruitment Specialist in the Tampa Bay area! # The Strategic Workforce Management team at Moffitt Cancer Center exists to undertake a conscious and deliberate approach to attract, develop and retain people with the right aptitude, abilities, and #fit# to meet current and future organizational needs. # As a key member of the Moffitt Medical Group (MMG) HR team, the Recruitment Specialist#s role is characterized by strong individual performance, communication, initiative and adherence to the hospital values with the responsibility of delivering results by following the established recruiting processes.# # The#Recruitment Specialist will create a diverse pipeline of internal and external candidates for current and future positions within an assigned business unit. The Recruitment Specialist will partner with hiring managers to align qualified candidates with appropriate positions. This position maintains a recruitment portfolio of open positions and is responsible for seeing the candidates through the entire recruitment and hiring life-cycle process.# IV. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Required:# Bachelor#s degree at minimum in Business, Communication or another related discipline. Preferred: Bachelor#s degree in Human Resource Management. # MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: - Minimum two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience. - Proactive approach towards sourcing and market research; must have working knowledge and experience in current sourcing and research techniques, the principles/methods of recruiting and candidate screening and behavioral based interviewing. - Must have effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, ability to research and gather market intelligence and manage multiple searches at any time. - Knowledge of local, state and regulatory requirements related to areas of functional responsibility and HR is also necessary. - Proficiency in MS Office, experience with applicant tracking system and HRIS systems. # Preferred: - Directly related experience in a healthcare, research or hospital environment. - Competency using Position Manager and/or Lawson. # ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Establish and maintain internal and external relationships to develop a pipeline for hard-to-fill positions. 2. Utilize available metrics to optimize return on investment of hires. 3. Fully develop recruitment campaigns for specific vacancies to provide diverse pools/pipelines of high-quality candidates. 4. Develop individual recruitment plans in coordination with hiring managers. 5. Screen candidates to determine availability, interest level, salary range, and qualifications. 6.
