Qualifications
What you'll need:
• 2+ years of recent experience Supervising a Call Center or Contact Center required
• 2+ years of recent experience in Healthcare or Dental required
• Experience working for an insurance plan preferred
• Passion for Customer Service
• Strong Leadership Skills – Enthusiasm for Team Building, Motivating Staff towards Success, and Maintaining a Positive Culture
• Ability to Drive Call Center Performance Improvement and Analyze Metrics
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office Skills; MS Access preferred
• Ability to Make Sound Decisions
• Genuine Interest in Enhancing the Customer Experience and Employee Growth
