Seeking a motivated and energetic professional to support our Tampa Office. The ideal candidate is a team player and self-starter, with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently, as well as in a team within a fast-paced environment. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and administrative assignments, is essential to this position. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
• Answer phones, distribute mail and organize files.
• Monitor and stock office and kitchen supplies.
• Schedule appointments and update calendars.
• Facilitate the planning of office and professional activities.
• Ability to format and edit Work, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Assist with business development activities for office/staff.
• Assist marketing staff with proposal production.
• Support project managers with contracts, budgets, and workload projections
• Assist in onboarding of new employees
• Support smaller Sarasota office in similar activities. Periodic travel to office may be required.
Requirements
• High school diploma – Associates Degree a plus
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook. PowerPoint and Adobe a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Prior experience in a professional services firm preferred. Experience in the A/E/C industry a plus.
