Ahoy.
Small office in the heart of Ybor City is seeking to fill a full-time position -- a hybrid of administrative assistant, customer service, and general miscellaneous whatever.
This is a small, casual office environment. You should have administrative and office/clerical experience, have a decent sense of humor, and enjoy and thrive in a what can sometimes be a pretty fast-paced environment. And by sometimes, we mean frequently.
You must also have a very good command of basic PC/Office software; if you move on a PC like your grandmother, then, perhaps this ain't the job for you. And for the love of god(s), you must be able to write articulate, grammatically-correct emails. If the "shift" key on your keyboard has dust on it, we'll pass on you.
Primary duties are:
 Answering phones (4 lines)
 Answering basic client inquires
 Entering new client information into our customer management system
 Completing research projects as requested, e.g., obtaining public record information from multiple sources
 Obtaining information as needed from clients
 Some writing/drafting of communications
 Assisting other team members as needed
 Feeding/playing with office cat; last, unifying quantum mechanics with general relativity
Hours are 9am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday. Pay begins at $15/hour, becomes $17/hour after successful completion of two months training. Health insurance, paid holidays, paid time off after 60 days. ** bonus for being bilingual in Spanish or Haitian Creole.
***Must be able to interview via Zoom as we are currently interviewing remotely due to Covid-19.

We've stopped licking doorknobs, for one. Also, we have some people working remote; desks are spaced far apart; only a few clients come in person (most are via phone), and masks are absolutely required/enforced for clients who come to office.
