Part-Time Administrative Assistant to Financial Advisor
What You Will Be Doing:
- Providing administrative support to an experienced Financial Advisor
- Responding to client requests for statements, withdrawals, tax documents, etc.
- Processing paperwork, address changes, and client mailings
- Preparing paperwork for client appointments
- Performing other office tasks such as data entry, copying, faxing, calling investment and insurance firms, taking messages, etc.
- Scheduling client meetings for Advisor.
- Managing social media posts and platforms.
- Providing customer service to existing clients so that advisor can spend time on the phone, in meetings advising clients, and attending networking meetings to gain new clients
Position Requirements:
- MUST BE PROFICIENT WITH THE USE OF COMPUTERS AND TECHNOLOGY: MS Office applications, various software, website applications, and social media
- To be successful in this position, individual must be skilled in verbal and written communications
- Must be discreet with all client interactions and documents
- Must possess strong organizational skills and be able to work alone and solve problems
- Must be detail oriented and reliable
Hours:
25 hours per week
Specific Requirements:
- High school graduate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Securities Registration not required
