Job Description
We are searching for an IT Field Technician to provide audio, video, and data capture solutions that help our customers maintain compliance and/or gather evidence for prosecution.  Applicants should be professional, knowledgeable in IT related fields, and ready to perpetuate high quality relationships to our customers
Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
• New product installations.
• Help customers integrate recording solutions into their current IT infrastructure.
• Project Coordination of ongoing installs and service.
• Third-party vendor coordination
• Provide high quality and prompt service to all customers.
• Work in a helpdesk rotation to cover customer calls and remote service.
• Attend required certification courses to maintain product compliance.
• Some travel may be required.
Job Requirements
Requirements
• Associate degree in IT related curriculum, or 3+ year’s work experience in IT field.
• Detail oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with an ability to work with others.
• Background checks will be completed for certain compliance needs.
• BMV check to verify driving record for company insurance requirements.
• Knowledge in Server OS 2008R2 and up as well as Win 10 Pro.
• Telephony experience (CTI) (PBX Integrations)
• VOIP support/troubleshooting
• Audio Video experience
• Cat 5e/6 wiring experience
• Stable work history with the demonstrated ability to work without direct supervision
Preferred
• Cisco, Avaya experience/certifications highly preferred
• Experience with Motorola and/or Harris radio equipment
• MySQL, MSSQL
• 66 block knowledge
Compensation
• Hourly rate paid at a TBD amount.
• OT paid for actual hours worked more than 40 hours per workweek.
• Typical work week is Mon – Fri 8-5. After-hours will occasionally be required.
