Demonstrating a passion for sales, upselling and quality customer satisfaction is preferred for this position. Experience in high volume calling is also a bonus.
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling scripted inbound/outbound calls and setting appointments for members of the sales team. Job Responsibilities for Call Center Representative
• Ability to execute outbound calls and follow-ups with customers who have already visited the dealership
• Manage and ensure that sales inquiries are answered in a timely manner
• Ensure that calls, emails and chats are not only professional, but delivered according to script
• Confirm both existing and new appointments
• Reschedule missed appointments
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements for Call Center Representative
• Candidates must be Bilingual
• Must be motivated by exceeding goals (quotas)
• 1+ years of call center experience and/or customer service is preferred
• Must feel comfortable with upselling and potential push-back
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passionate for the automotive industry
• Must be willing to work full-time, which may include rotating Saturdays
• High energy and confident- “Go-getter personality!” an individual who “Will not take NO for an answer”
• Proficient computer skills
• Must be willing to submit to and pass a background check
