Job Summary:
We are seeking an Infrastructure Systems Engineer with strong systems administration experience to support customers on our Enterprise Systems Operations team in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to bring practical experience and delivery excellence to help Tampa General Hospital build and operate new and existing services. Your primary focus will be to build, deliver, maintain, and plan for I.T. Infrastructure, with a focus on Citrix and Enterprise Storage You have experience operating distributed systems and diagnosing and resolving complex problems. You pay attention to detail and solve problems at their root. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience managing a medium-to-enterprise server environment, and enjoys the cutting edge of the latest technologies. Proactively, the engineer discovers and resolves issues early and leverages emerging technologies and processes to deliver best in-class methods.
Key responsibilities:
•Design, build and maintain Citrix and Enterprise Storage (e.g. EMC, Dell, Hitachi, etc.)environments capable of scaling with demand
•Gather requirements, create designs, and implement solutions based on business-need
•Research, install, document, maintain and troubleshoot various and integrated infrastructure needs
•Peer development of team members
•Maintain stable environments for everyday production, corporate and lab environments for specific use case testing
•Work cross-functionally with various teams to drive solutions that are simple and repeatable, integrating third-party products
•Research new technologies and methodologies
•Develop, test and maintain disaster recovery storage technologies and procedures.
•Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation

Technical Skills • Proven success utilizing Citrix
• Knowledge of and experience with Enterprise-level SAN and NAS solutions
• Understanding and some experience with Windows Active Directory, Server OS, and Group Policy
• Knowledge of Switches, VLANs, subnets, routing, of data traffic.
• Ruby, Python, Perl, Bash, PowerShell or equivalent scripting experience strongly preferred
• Excellent troubleshooting and demonstrated critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to design and implement secure, reliable and scalable system deployments
• Ability to automate engineering processes, including provisioning and de-provisioning of resources
• Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred (Information Technology and/or Information Systems recommended)
