Deltek is searching for a Senior Customer Care Analyst who will provide quality accounting software support to clients using ComputerEase, construction accounting software. In this role you will work closely with an experienced team of Analysts based in offices across the country. You will provide support to our customers via telephone, e-mail, chat and the internet. Your days will be busy and challenging, and no day will be the same. The position is based at our new office near downtown Tampa.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of customer service, software support and/or Information Technology support experience
• Experience with support of accounting software is required
• Knowledge of Accounting principles, preferably gained through working with Accounting applications OR within an educational setting
• Successful background and experience working in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Desired Skills • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• Direct experience with ComputerEase software a plus
