We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to assist in the processing of all invoices within the accounting department. This is a very hands-on role.
Duties Include:
• Responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable process including processing invoices for payment and assisting with bank reconciliations
• Review purchase orders for approval and accuracy
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Establish and maintain effective communication with vendors
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Demonstrate the ability to research and resolve A/P invoice issues
• Able to thrive in a fast pace environment
• Proficient with Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 to $22.00 /hour
