Customer Service Representative
Job Description : The Customer Service Representative at Probo Medical LLC answers inbound phone calls from vendors and potential customers. Duties include but are not limited to:
Job Duties :
• Answer all inbound company calls including 60-80 potential sales leads per day.
• Provide basic information about the company as appropriate and direct and forward caller to appropriate person or department.
• Assign and enter all sales leads into Salesforce.
• Check back in Salesforce to ensure appropriate sales representative has converted leads to opportunities.
• Act as an initial liaison between customer and sales representative by ensuring that all leads are put in touch with appropriate person in a timely fashion.
• Troubleshoot and provide proper resolution to issues that are presented by the caller.
• Deescalate troubled or angry callers by remaining calm and assisting as appropriate.
• Help prepare and report on inbound call metrics periodically.
• Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers and be the initial friendly voice of Probo Medical.
• Suggest best practices and problem-solving techniques as appropriate.
Minimum Qualification :
• 1-2 years of proven customer support experience.
• Previous experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Robust computer skills.
• Strong phone contact handling skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Great attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 to $18.00 /hour
