Professional Receptionist for Busy Upscale Office
IMMEDIATE HIRE :: Looking to hire a receptionist to work with our team at am upscale office on Rocky Point in Tampa. This is not a temporary position. We are looking to hire someone interested in a long-term position with a stable company. If you enjoy call center work, you will love working at On Point. This role is call center, but has plenty of variety. PLEASE do not apply if you do not enjoy customer service and call center work. The following criteria are a MUST:
· Professional clear sounding voice
· Kind demeanor

· Available business hours Monday - Friday 9 – 5 pm
· Computer proficient
· Enjoys call center work
· Good writing/grammar skills
· Professional dress and appearance is a must
· The majority of calls are all inbound and software-assisted

Receptionist / Executive Assistant
Description:
The receptionists at On Point steer the ship and create the first impression for our clients and our clients’ clients. A friendly voice and attitude is a must and will make or break the success of this employee.
This role is entrusted with confidential information, handles incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the clients, staff, and executives, makes authorized business decisions, often reads, researches, routes correspondence, records messages, corresponds directly with other executives, managers, vendors, customers, partners. A professional demeanor is mandatory.

Responsibilities
Remote inbund call center customer support
Answer inbound calls
Schedule appointments
Route callers
Email & Communication Management
· Email communications
· Answer busy incoming calls along with 6 other receptionists
· Accountable and responsible for safeguarding confidential information
· Act as first line of communication with anyone who visits our office in person
· Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the Executives and internal departments
· Acting as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the Executives and staff updated
· Maintain client relationships
· Gain trust and cooperation from others
Meeting & Calendar Management
· Manage clients calendar of appointments - scheduling meetings
· Book onsite meeting and conference rooms
· Keep the working day in order
· Pre-test conferencing equipment prior to executive meetings when needed
Position Requirements
· High School Diploma
· Knowledge & Experience
· Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Google Calendar and MS Outlook Calendar Management preferred
Qualifications & Characteristics
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Detail-oriented
· Social media posting experience is a plus but is not mandatory.
· Basic Wordpress experience is a plus but is not mandatory.
· Ability to multi-task and be flexible but achieve the requirements and deadlines required. Some days are filled with multiple tasks with a sense of urgency to all. However, it is necessary for this individual to stay focused, prioritize and complete time-sensitive tasks on time.
