• Onsite Recruiter - Owensboro, KY
• Full time, direct hire
• We are looking for an Onsite Recruiter to service a Hire Dynamic's high volume client in a Warehousing facility. This will be a Monday-Friday schedule however some Saturdays are necessary as needed - must be flexible on schedule!

first-class candidate experience and filling critical openings for our clients. Creativity,
persuasiveness, interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain lasting relationships
with both candidates and hiring managers will drive your success!
Key Accountability Areas:
• Compliance in all areas of the branch– Backgrounds, I9’s, Everify
• Recruit, interview, make hiring decisions, and conduct new employee orientation
• Enhance relationships with clients and develop multiple level contacts
• Partner with clients to meet their business objectives
• Place appropriately skilled talent on assignments and conduct quality control calls on all orders
• Develop and implement an effective talent recruiting strategy
• Manage an accurate database in Temp Works
• Quality, speed, and retention - Metrics
• Proactively source and skill market talent for clients
• Build referrals with clients, talent, and internal employees
• Participate in local professional business and civic organizations to promote company recognition

• Two years prior experience in staffing or recruiting
