Proforma is seeking a Help Team Specialist to support our Owner Network, Support Center Team Members, and Business Associates (CSR, Customers and/or Vendors). This candidate will perform such tasks as PC configuration and troubleshooting; in-house and webinar training and education on our proprietary software system; as well as respond to incoming inquiries via phone, voicemail and email.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
