Looking for an Experienced Computer / Service Technician.
Candidate must be self motivated and a good communicator.
Job Description
• Provide excellent customer service by processing and resolving inbound IT issues.
• Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, network troubleshooting, and configuring systems and applications.
• Manage multiple IT projects related to upgrades, improvements and maintenance.
• Provide Hardware & Software Support for local business clients. (Some local travel required)
• Assist in Daily Retail Computer Store Operations.
• Create and maintain documentation for common procedures and processes.
• Travel approximately 25% to remote sites to support users.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 3 Years Experience in Computer Repair.
• Minimum 2 Years Experience in Server Environment / Networking Troubleshooting / Repair
• Proficient in Software configuration and troubleshooting.
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with High Profile Clients
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced work environment with very tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate High integrity, accountability & teamwork.
• Must have valid Drivers License and Dependable Vehicle.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
