Classification: Help Desk Analyst I
Compensation: $17.21 to $19.93 hourly

Robert Half Technology is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate field users in an ever-changing, active environment with a company in the Healthcare, Hospitals, Social Assistance field. The ideal candidate for this Help Desk Analyst position has strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making effective change within an organization. Located in Tampa, Florida, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a long-term temporary-to-full-time role.
Your responsibilities in this role
- Provide IT assistance for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other software applications used internally
- Reply and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
- Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems Job Requirements - Experience with IT support ticketing systems - Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement - Customer service experience - User administration and bug fixing in a client-server environment - Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications - Basic networking concepts
