The Company
We have an exciting opportunity for a professional and highly motivated individual looking to join an established managed service provider (MSP) for dental offices in Tampa Bay.
The Position
We are dedicated to providing the highest levels of customer service, expert support, and the best technology solutions to all of our clients. This full-time position provides remote support and services to Dental offices.
Our technicians represent our company and work directly with our clients in an IT-support role including network and server administration. Our clients trust us to not only handle day-to-day troubleshooting and planned network upgrades, but also to offer advice and guidance on what’s best for their company. It is important our technicians demonstrate a high level of professional support to our clients.

We are looking for someone who:
• loves dealing with people
• has no problem explaining complex technical details in layman's terms
• can work on their own and be trusted to complete their tasks
• follow instructions as required
• has no problem creating and updating detailed documentation and entering notes into our ticketing system
• can troubleshoot a problem/issue through to completion, all while regularly communicating with the client
• is not afraid or too complacent to point out areas or processes that could use improvement, whether on a client's network or within our own company
• is a team player - everyone at our company works together
• is timely and has transportation for off-site work
• understands the importance of keeping our client happy
Technical Requirements:
• 2+ year(s) of experience working for an MSP / IT consulting firm supporting all aspects of small sized business network technologies
• experience installing, updating, and troubleshooting Windows 7 / 8 / 10, and server operating systems, as well as desktop and laptop hardware
The following experience would be beneficial:
• experience with network-based antivirus solutions (Sophos knowledge is a plus)
• experiencing installing and supporting network-based printers and scanners
• experience configuring / troubleshooting network switches, firewalls (Sophos is a plus), and WiFi equipment (Sophos and Ubiquiti are a plus)
• experience installing and supporting virtualization technologies, specifically Hyper-V
• experience with windows server group policies
• experience in IT for dental practices
• experience in IT for medical practices
• general networking knowledge (A+/MCSE/CCNA)
• regulatory compliance requirements of medical/dental practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
