DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
The successful candidate will provide project management for an Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning project to deliver Training Quality Data Intelligence Analysis. The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert and Project Manager of the Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) development, application, production, and enhancement capability. Geospatial data and Preventive Maintenance expertise will support delivery of computing, machine learning engineering, solution engineering, and data services in support of designated AI/ML efforts including Project Maven, Predictive Maintenance, and Joint Warfighting.
The duties and responsibilities associated with this role include but are not limited to the following:
• Responsible for development and management of the project as well as integrating senior-level intelligence capabilities that are adaptable to a variety of potential data review requirements;
• Responsible for all services of the CDM AI/ML Task Order;
• Single point of contact for technical progress, problems, problem resolution, performance, scheduling, cost resources, and other related matter;
• Principal liaison between MCR team, the government, and stakeholders;
• Provide effective verbal and written correspondence;
• Conduct independent research and produce clear, logical, and concise products for senior leadership;
• Effectively work in a team environment to develop solutions to complex problems.
The candidate must be immediately available for award in September 2020 to support TQD initial operational capability with 5 days of award and full operational capability within 30 days of award.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
• Top Secret clearance with eligibility for access to SCI data and familiarization with classified information systems
• Master's Degree (or higher) preferably in a related discipline
• 10 plus years of project management in the geospatial intelligence domain or experience in support predictive maintenance of government organizations' intelligence and operations
• 5+ years of experience with AI/ML experience supporting DoD Military Service or Defense Component
• In-depth knowledge of the current Training Quality Data (TQD) pipeline
• Experience using data methodologies to develop systems
• Ability to interact collaboratively with others across the department and with outside organizations
• Provide liaison support in consolidating or resolving high-level requirements matters
• Exposure with start-up environments or in establishing new DoD or U.S. Government organizations
• Demonstrated skill in creating and maintaining training databases and working with full motion video
• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic work environment
• Ability to coordinate and perform multiple assignments
• Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Possess a Government or industry standard project management certification
• Demonstrated capability to work both independently and lead a team of experienced analysts and developers
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Expert knowledge of OriginAI data processing system including but not limited to how it is structured, NIFi Data Flow integration and processing, Image manipulation, Full Motion Video transcoding and frame separation, Meta Data insertion, extraction, manipulation, and sequencing; Algorithmic Scene Detection capability, Algorithmic Heads up Display (HUD) detection and masking recommendations for classified full motion video
• Demonstrated skill and experience with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Training Quality Data production
• In-depth knowledge of the process and procedures of producing TQD in support of Project Maven
• Expertise in Geospatial Intelligence Processing, Battlefield Surveillance Systems Processing, or Rotary Wing Maintenance
