Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for Behavior Analysis services, and provides clinical direction, supervision, and case management to an assigned team of Board Certified Behavior Analyst Assistants (BCaBAs), behavior technicians, and other Behavior Analysis support staff to ensure high quality of service, contract compliance, productivity, and accountability. The Lead Analyst is also responsible for the completion and review of the assessment/behavior plan, and the supervision of the provision of behavior interventions

Responsibilities and Duties
• Provide staff and parent training and on site support in the area of applied behavior analysis for families.
• Conduct direct observations and assessments of individual clients in their living,
• educational, and community environments.
• Develop and implement behavior programs, coordinating delivery of appropriate services to clients by caregivers to achieve therapeutic outcomes.
• Train clients' guardians and family members on treatment techniques
• Manage and implement behavior intervention and therapy skill acquisition programming
• Manage monthly schedule of hours worked per client based on client contract
• Participate in interdisciplinary and/or care review meetings at which behavioral treatment programs are reviewed.
• Collect baseline and intervention data to evaluate outcomes.
• Follow company policies and meet company deadlines
• Ensure requirements for documentation of clinical services are implemented
• Licensure and Experience Lead Analyst: BCBA, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist , School psychologist, BCBA-D, FL-CBA
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year
