Full-Time Job Details Description Job Duties: Manage multiple teams responsible for development, implementation and on-going support for all global technology infrastructure deployed across Bloomin Brands. Manage an IT Database Administration team which is responsible for creating and guiding an overall IT Application Architecture for all of Bloomin Brands. Participate as a member of the senior management team in governance processes of the organization’s architecture, telecommunications, networks, platforms (data center and cloud), storages, programming, media, and desktops.   Partners with CIO and leads global technology infrastructure strategy and execution for the enterprise. Responsible for the implementation and support of core infrastructure services, included but no limited to: corporate network, telephony (VOIP), internet circuits, firewalls, data center hardware (hyperconvergence knowledge preferred), storages, backups, DR, cloud services and customer support. Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems. Planning and identifying opportunities for automation, cost savings, and improved customer service, as well as streamline process. Review complex project plans to plan and coordinate project activity. Prepare and review operational reports or project progress reports. Control operational budget and expenditures.    Assign and review the work of systems analysts, programmers, and other computer-related workers. Provide users with technical support for computer problems and digital processes questions. Develop computer information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery. Prepare all computer resources and support process for business continuity due to technical or natural disaster. Provide business with high availability and resilient computing technologies based on hyperconvergence and cloud solutions. Implement and support the use of collaboration tools, training systems and broadcast solutions company wide. Protect company wide network from external attacks, including customer facing services such as websites and delivery platforms. Implement and support VOIP at all locations, providing on demand burstable capability to address unpredictable customers’ demands. Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, or participate in staffing decisions. Develop and manage strategic third party and vendor partner relationships to assess computing needs and system requirements. Review, evaluate, negotiate, and approve complex contracts with vendors. Ability to discuss contract clauses and terms with Legal, Finance and Accounting. Develop and interpret departments goals, policies and procedures. Provides vision, enables innovation, and understands IT trends that can create business value through infrastructure investments.   Review and approve all systems charts and programs prior to their implementation Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements.   Identifies and makes recommendations regarding new technologies, tools and techniques (virtual, cloud computing, etc.) that would benefit the company and support the business strategy. Purchase necessary equipment. Provides strategic guidance to Bloomin’ Brands Brazilian business, including: knowledge on governmental requirements for data privacy and food safety, including but not limited to GDPR, LGDP, HACCP etc.; design, implement, and support ERP system (cloud based), legacy systems, business process automation, restaurant automation solutions and digital technology to support business.
