**Position Can Be In Tampa, FL or Dallas, TX**
Manages SoftPro efforts and operational strategies, Tools and Automation across business units. Drives transformation and stabilization of existing services and processes. Consults with functional management and cross-functional project teams on future processes. Leads a focused scope on Configuration, Tools and Automation processes throughout the enterprise from day-to-day operations to strategic initiatives
Job Description:
• Defines road map, standards and projects required to stabilize and transform Configuration,
Tools and Automation services and processes as part of an integrated plan
• Drives the solutions associated with SoftPro
• Researches, reviews and analyzes effectiveness and efficiency of existing business and operational processes and best ways to position tools and automation to achieve those objectives
• Consults with process owners and develops strategies to enhance or further leverage processes
• Develops process improvement alternatives and/or recommendations
• Oversees preparation of documentation, user guides, and training materials
• Prepares and delivers communications on process changes, enhancements and/or modifications
• Develops process models, specifications, diagrams and charts
• Facilitates and monitors status processing of all requests
• Ensures all solutions designed and implemented are compliant
• Coordinates service partners in executing approved strategies
Requirements:
• Provides advice within area of expertise and may contribute to development of organization functional strategy
• Regarded as technical expert within SoftPro
• Recommends improvements to product, process or service
• Comprehensive understanding of SoftPro with practical implementation background
• Develops creative solutions through conceptual and innovative thinking
• Communicates complex ideas across function/levels and successfully persuades others to adopt a different point of view
• Training experience
• Understanding of best practices for tool integration and platform communications
• Background with Automation Implementation experience a plus
• Strong Automation background with Automated Workflows
• Proficient in reporting, data analytics and data warehousing a plus
• Worked with SQL a plus
• Big picture mentality
• Anticipates business and regulatory challenge
