As a Help Desk Support technician, you will provide resolution for advanced system problems for a large global organization. The ideal candidate actively participates in global projects supporting implementations, migrations and as well as internal / external customers problems.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Backing Up Data
• Restoring Data
• Reimaging Machines
• Data Validation
• Trouble shooting both Mac/Pc (ipconfig, ping, tracert, DHCP, DNS, Outlook PST files, etc.)
• Soft skills - customer facing - customer awareness
• 2-5 years in Desktop Support experience with Windows/ MAC
• MAC support, Desktop, incident management, Helpdesk support Service Now familiarity
• Desktop or equivalent certifications/education specific to client Operating Systems
• Multi-tasking a MUST – Multiple reimages at once will be required
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
• Must have a strong familiarity of the Desktop/mobile computer systems and its components. Must be able to support, configure, and troubleshoot a wide range of applications and operating systems
