Description:
Northside is looking for a full-time Clinical Records Tech to join our team at our Headquarters near USF in Tampa, FL. The duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Clinical Records Tech
• Review client records for accuracy, completeness and correctness; appropriately maintain files
• Maintain accurate location of charts via electronic chart tracking system
• Fulfill record requests timely and accurately
• Pull charts for scheduled appointments and audits as necessary
• Complete all charts and file accordingly
• Create charts for new clients and collect charts throughout the day from client care areas
• Respond to subpoenas in timely manner
Position Requirements:
• At least high school education
• At least one year experience in clinical records
