Perform all aspects of the authorizations department data entry process and completions of all incoming faxes sent in by clinics and sales team. Meet daily deadlines of all incoming data and files forwarded to coordinators. Set personal goals, to ensure accountability of all faxes received and final completion for coordinators. Plan and facilitate daily information to coordinators to discuss pending files, missing information, etc., and to ensure that all faxes are completed and daily results are achieved to be able to communicate with sales team.
