DACCO Behavioral Health, Inc. is searching for an experienced individual to fill our Support Services Supervisor role for our Women's Residential Program in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate for this position will have demonstrated experience with leadership and an in-depth understanding of the Behavioral Health field.

Position Description:
As a Support Services Supervisor for the Women's Residential program you will oversee day-to-day operations and coordination of events/activities involving the patients, ensuring program security. You will be responsible for direct supervision of 10 Behavioral Health Technicians, and have the opportunity to schedule, train, and support this BHT team to meet patient needs and ensure contract requirements are met. You will assume responsibility for guaranteeing a clean and safe environment and work collaboratively with other DACCO residential programs to coordinate and provide transportation of patients to appointments in the community. Further, you will actively participate in team meetings and patient consultations, as needed. In addition, you will be responsible for timely submission of reports as needed, such as incident reports, supply orders, health and safety reports, and BHT evaluations.
This is a full-time opportunity, with shifts typically Monday-Friday. Flexibility will be needed to ensure appropriate program coverage as this program operates on a 24/7 basis.
Position Requirements:
• Flexible schedule, to include on-call evening and overnight availability
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid Florida Driver's License
• Ability to pass a DOT (Department of Transportation) physical
• All personnel are required to undergo a mandatory post-employment offer criminal background check
Required Experience:
• Two years of related Behavioral Health experience, preferably in a Residential/Inpatient setting
• Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory capacity
• Experience using de-escalation techniques preferred
Required Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field preferred
