We are seeking a Unit Manager for our Memory Care unit, qualified LPN's or RN's will be considered. Primary responsibility: Overseeing day to day resident care, supervising, directing and developing/coaching clinical staff and reporting to the Nurse management and Administrative team to ensure quality resident care. The right candidate will be resident focused and passionate about dementia care, invested in providing the highest quality of life for our residents and team oriented.
