Job Details
• Conduct temperature testing, possible swab test of patients seeking to know if they have COVID-19
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrate customer service and compassion when interacting with patients and staff
• Communicate with, understand, and react effectively to a diverse patient population base
• ​Must have good to excellent English and Spanish (preferred)
1. Do you have a temperature ?
2. Are you symptomatics? ( new cough, fever, shortness of breath, chills, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell ?
3. Have you traveled by plane or ship withing the last 14 days ?
4. Have you had contact with someone diagnosed with Coronavirus ?
5. Have you been tested or is a test ordered for COVID-19 ?
Requirements
• 1-2 year medical assistant experience
• CPR Certification
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in fast pace setting
