Title: Outreach Representative
Overview
The medical Outreach Representative will perform outreach functions in the community to increase the centers’ Medicare member enrollment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Administer sales tactics through face-to-face relations and telemarketing skills
• Meet or exceed monthly enrollment target, identified by the Director of Medicare Services
• Work in tandem with the Events Department to attend community events and store table-top activations to generate contact lists and work prospective leads
• Screen potential members about their health and need for services
• Educate the potential members about center services, how to access the services and programs and overall member eligibility
• Utilize center events as a promotional tool to invite prospective members
• Coordinate center tours for potential patients, including transportation to-and-from the scheduled tour
• Complete indicated screening tool(s), and return to the Case Management Team for appropriate enrollment authorization and/or member sustainability (Health Risk Assessments)
• Provide members with resource information, based on the recommendations from the Case Management Department and Access Florida
• Provide customer service throughout entire length of membership: enrollment period, follow-ups, transportation, medical appointments and member satisfaction
• Assist the members in accessing community resources that will contribute to their optimal well-being
• Work with members to include, but not limited to, women, men, children and elderly
• Follow program guidelines to meet corporate requirements and deadlines
• Maintain caseload and meets productivity and quality standards

Required Education:
• High school or equivalent
