Job Description The Psychiatric Support Specialist provides support for medical providers by obtaining vital signs, assisting with treatment plans, treatment planning, assisting with patient assistance program applications, completing outcomes, patient messages and authorizations. The Psychiatric Support Specialist conducts face-to-face visits with patients and receives medical and mental health records. This role is responsible for screen the patient for TMS, obtaining prior authorization for treatment, providing daily treatments for TMS patients and all appropriate documentation and coordination of services for the TMS program. The Psychiatric Support Specialist will work closely with the medical provider assessing patients for TMS services to coordinate services.
