Description The Associate Director, Production produces of a wide range of print projects for external and internal audiences. The Associate Director, Production requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s).Responsible for Retail ID Card design, development and production for lines including Medicare, Medicaid and Medicare Supplement.Managing ID card print budget and partner relationshipPartnering with internal partners such as marketing, Market leadership and operational areas to deliver an exceptional experience for new and renewing members.Ensuring all regulatory compliance and CMS guidelines are met or exceeded in regard to content, timing and delivery. Responsibilities The Associate Director Membership and Plan Services works collaboratively with internal and external partners at all levels to gain strategic alignment and create a plan of execution for member ID cards and associated communications. Position supports Individual/Group Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Supplement and Dual Demonstration lines of business. Oversees and carefully fosters relationships with stakeholders, partners, and vendors. Provides counsel on production strategy, techniques, processes and operational execution. Management of a substantial operating budget and key performance indicators ensuring regulatory requirements are met and or exceeded. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and leads a team of multiple leaders and highly specialized professional associates. Required Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience + 4 or more years of proven leadership experience in managing and developing a large team + Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports + Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with the ability to influence senior leaders + Must have strong connections and understanding of Consumer Experience and multi-channel/digital evolution + Act as a stakeholder on multiple business and IT projects teams + Experience within the Health Insurance industry + Proven performance in achieving results through a team focused approach + Up to 20% travel if located outside of the Louisville area + Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Preferred Qualifications + MBA or other Advanced Degree + Program Design experience + Six Sigma and/or PMP certification + Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 About Us Mission: At Humana, our cultural foundation is aligned to helping members achieve their best health by delivering personalized, simplified, whole-person healthcare experiences.
