Summary
The Director of Quality Management develops, implements, and manages the enterprise quality management program which focuses on operational quality, efficiency and consistency. Quality program includes establishing metrics, requirements consistent with CB’s obligations under client and vendor agreements. This position oversees internal audit plan designed to identify procedural and financial accuracy of core functional business units – enrollment, billing, finance, claims and customer service.  –and reports and responds accordingly including development and monitoring of remediation required. In addition, this role will establish an enterprise wide process for development, distribution and maintenance of all organization policy and procedures.
This position will lead and direct audit, training and documentation staff to ensure a continual process improvement flow as a result of quality findings that may require corrective action, training or revised or new documentation.
In addition, this role oversees the Root Cause Analysis process in order to support operational improvements and corrections.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Develops and implements all aspects of enterprise Quality Management Program (QMP) including responsibility for documentation of such as Program Description, Work Plan, and Program Evaluation
• Collaborates with business owners and key stakeholders to identify program goals, objectives, critical success factors and measures
• Responsibility for development and accuracy of all quality metric deliverables and reporting to clients, vendors and state, regulatory and licensing entities
• Supervise Audit Manager as well as training and documentation staff.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, research and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
• Ability to work across all levels of the organization, including working with executive audiences, vendors and the government as a customer
• Project management experience
• Internal and external audit experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in  healthcare industry, health plan operations, auditing or related field
• Preferred 5+ years of direct experience in quality management
• Preferred licenses/certifications include CPA, CIA, CFE, CHC, or CPHQ
Demonstrated experience in leading significant cross-functional work
Work Environment / Physical Demands
This position is in a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard computer and phone equipment. May have occasional high stress when dealing with customers/clients.
