MANAGER SITE II - VAN DYKE PEDS
In a moderately complex practice, oversees the utilization management and daily business operations of the physician practice at the facility. Possesses a clear understanding of the financial, operational, administrative and regulatory aspects of the facility. Ensures HIPAA compliance and Risk Mgmnt at the facility level. Oversees maintenance and purchasing for specific facility. Responsible for patient access to services, insurance contract verification, utilization management, charge entry, collections, clinical support management, quality improvement, referral relations, patient satisfaction, personnel management and problem solving. Acts as liaison to Director of Physician Services, Director of Clinical Quality and Compliance, and Director of CBO.
Required Experience includes 5 years healthcare management/supervisory experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent or 3 years healthcare management/supervisory experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
