We are a busy weight loss, hormone replacement, and anti-aging clinic looking for a medical assistant. No experience is required. Our ideal candidate would be bubbly, outgoing, upbeat, friendly, a team player, and professional appearance. We have been in business since 2009 and we are family owned / operated. We are very fast paced and this position requires administrative work. Our ideal candidate would be willing to perform all required tasks. This position is very detail oriented. Candidate MUST be able to clearly write and speak English. Spanish speaking is a plus. Must work well with other team members and be willing to help other employees. We require employees to have excellent computer skills. A fast learner is a plus!!!!
Duties include but are not limited to: (We are willing to train)
-Taking patient vitals
-Explaining our diet programs
-Administration of Injections
-EKG's
-Faxing, Scanning, Emailing paperwork
-Medical Records Requests
-Answering Phones and Scheduling Appointments
-Checking Company Facebook Page and Responding
-Typing X-Ray Reports
-Filling Medications
-Inventory
Hours:
Monday 8:30-5:00pm
Tuesday 8:30-6:00pm
Wednesday 8:30-8:00pm
Thursday 8:30-5:30pm
Friday 8:30-5:00pm
