Job Description Job Description Assistant Director, Clinical Recruiting
Responsibilities
Recruiting Plan Development– activities such as:
· Partner with the Director of Clinical Recruiting on recruiting priorities, team assignments, and tactical plans.
· Collaborate with the Market Management teams to define market-specific recruiting needs and goals.
· Support the Director of Clinical Recruiting in the development of process and policies for the clinical recruitment department.
· Coordinate with company HR to ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations nationwide.
· Participate in market compensation research and recommended clinical compensation plans/pay levels.
Recruiting Team Management – activities such as:
· Manage a diverse and dispersed team of recruiters, building unity while promoting individual excellence and performance.
· Support the Director of Clinical Recruiting in communicating and training the team on policies, tactics, and best practices.
· Improve the Clinical Recruiting Team's performance through a data-first approach and KPIs, utilizing a growth and encouragement mindset.
· Oversee the process of recruiting, selecting, and onboarding new clinical staff, and perform reviews to ensure compliance.
· Obsess about candidate experience: At Gale, we care deeply about our people, and by extension, our candidate experience.
· Assist Clinical Team Recruiters with recruiting and screening of new candidates, as necessary.
Recruiting Administration – activities such as:
· Support the Director of Clinical Recruiting in managing the Clinical Recruiting budget.
· Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly recruitment reports as defined/directed.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Required
· Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Human Resources or related field
· 2+ years’ in an internal recruitment role or HR role related to onboarding new employees
· Sound judgment; ability to represent Gale externally with poise and grace
· Must be independent and trustworthy to take on and manage relationships, while also being a team player and communicative with a broad set of stakeholders
· Results and detail-oriented, extremely organized, and able to prioritize among a wide array of tasks and responsibilities
· Excellent communication and people interaction skills
Preferred
· Multi-language
· Experience within the Healthcare industry and/or staffing industry
· Relevant recruiting certifications
Position Requirements
Sitting for long periods of time
Considerable computer work, data entry, talking on the phone
Lifting up to 15 pounds
Limited travel may be required
