Job Description Job Description The nurse manager is responsible for the daily operations of 21 beds covering Progressive Care, ICU and Telemetry Patients. The manager is supported by an Assistant Manager, Team Leader, Charge RN's and a total of 50 FTE's. The position is a direct report to the CNO. This is with a 100 bed non- profit community hospital that is part of a large faith-based healthcare system with an excellent reputation for delivery exceptional patient care. Qualified applicants must be a RN with a BSN, have a minimum of 2 years clinical experience and a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in an acute care hospital setting.
