Job Description
Looking for a motivated Bilingual Case Manager with experience in personal injury. Case Manager will be responsible for managing a heavy case load, under general direction of Pre-litigation Associate Attorney.
Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for initial client contact, client setup, and continue contact with clients on a regular basis
• Gathering, and analyzing intake information and relevant documents. Enter and update information in to database.
• Verify insurance coverage and liability issues, and maintain contact with insurance company.
• Manage client's medical care keeping in constant communication with client's and medical providers. Schedule and calendar medical appointments, explain procedures and related documentation to clients.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience managing a heavy case load
• 3 years experience Personal Injury field.
• Fluent in Spanish
