SUMMARY: Client engagement Reps are the front line for the company and requires a highly enthusiastic and positive person to discover the customers needs and identify a potential opportunity for a sale. This person must be able to think on their feet and provide an amazing memorable experience with each and ever customer they interact with.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Is logged into an available status for both inbound and outbound calls during scheduled shift (breaks and lunch excluded).
· Answers every call with required opening based on the call campaign.
· Follows HSD Sales scripting when on the phones with customers.
· Provided an engaging interaction with the customer and completes step 1 of the HSD sales process to ensure that all needs are identified via a full fact find.
· Performs a quality transfer to the set-up call que once the caller is qualified.
· Ensures that transfers sent are closing at a rate of 30% or better.
· Reports any issues as soon as they occur to a member of leadership.
· Completes all trainings and certifications as assigned by management.
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

· This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· No prior experience or training.
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
· Basic Computer Literacy Required
