SUMMARY: Client Enrollment Specialist are the experts in their filed that ensure that their clients are protected from risk with the proper coverage. A Client Enrollment Specialist must be confident, helpful, and enthusiastic as they are interacting with our customer daily.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Is logged into an available status for both inbound and outbound calls during scheduled shift (breaks and lunch excluded).
· Answers every call with required opening based on the call campaign.
· Follows HSD Sales scripting when on the phones with customers.
· Meets all minimum sales expectations and goals that are assigned by management.
· Follows all required quality and compliance measures that are put in place by QA.
· Reports any issues as soon as they occur to a member of leadership.
· Completes all trainings and certifications as assigned by management.
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must have been a successful Client Engagement Rep with Healthcare Solutions Direct/
· Sales Experience Required.
· Call Center Experience Required.
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
· Certificates, licenses, and registrations required: Health and Life License
· Full understanding and utilization of all Healthcare Solutions Direct Computer systems/applications
· Other skills required:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
