Essential Functions: • Work independently andresponsible for the installation of DirecTV systems in residences andbusinesses
• Provide technologyservice and support to all of our customers
• Ensuring customersatisfaction at the highest level
• Determining the bestlocation for customer satellites
• Making sure the customeris comfortable with all aspects of running the system by providing thoroughexplanations
• Running cables andhooking up receivers
• Stocking vehicle withnecessary equipment on a weekly basis
• Continuing to learnabout new technology

• At least 18 years of ageand legally able to work in the United States
• Possess high schooldiploma or GED
• Possess a valid driver’slicense
• Working knowledge ofhand tools and power tools
• Basic computer skillsand comfortable operating electronic devices
• Strong customer serviceskills
• Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills
• Available for a flexiblework schedule (weekends / holidays / evenings)
• Be able to lift up to 80lbs. on a regular basis
• Be comfortable climbingup to heights of 40 feet
• Be able to work safelyfrom a ladder rated for a maximum working load of 300lbs including all toolsand equipment
• Be comfortable workingin crawlspaces and attics
• Comfortable workingoutdoors in all types of weather throughout the year
