The Outreach & Education Consultant is responsible for overseeing various aspects of Medicare programs, working across teams to provide a top-notch customer experience to members, and managing relationships with vendors in support of program efforts. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Manages relationships with third party vendors in support of Medicare program efforts and in partnership with Sourcing Team; responsibilities include vendor assessment, selection, contracting, management, and SLA tracking.
• Provides programmatic oversight and management to Medicare programs and supports efforts in a project management capacity.
• Partners with multiple teams across Anthem to achieve program goals, and is able to do so effectively in a remote environment.
Requires a BA/BS; 5 years of Medicare experience; program or project management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.  Displays a strong ability to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams. Displays strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a high level of emotional intelligence.  Is able to communicate complex information in an understandable way.
