Our team at Davis Facial Plastic Surgery, is rapidly growing and we are looking for a Medical Assistant or an LPN who is motivated, creative, and willing to consider their team at work a "second family." We are looking for a patient coordinator with at least 2 years of experience working with facial cosmetic plastic surgery patients. The candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, professionalism, outstanding customer service and communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required. The right candidate must have attention to detail and the ability to set priorities and follow through on tasks autonomously. Our practice is comprised of facial cosmetic surgery, Injectables and a Medi Spa. We are looking for a Medical Assistant or LPN with experience in patient coordinating, direct patient care, scheduling consults/follow-ups, point-of-contact sales, discussing finances/quotes with patients for elective procedures, scheduling surgeries at ambulatory surgery centers, electronic medical records, and HIPAA compliance. We all work very hard, are extremely passionate about our profession, and expect the same from everyone who joins our team.
