Digital Connections Plus is a Systems Integrator primarily focused in industrial IT services. DC+ is headquartered in Hardinsburg, KY, with a service area covering Western Kentucky and Southern Indiana.
Position Information:
• Install, configure and maintain control and I/O server systems
• Install, configure and maintain hardware infrastructure, including:
• UPS components
• Relay cabinets, electronic and digital equipment
• Control wiring, control loops
• HMI connectivity and hardware support
• System peripherals * Monitor and administer systems for availability, performance and recoverability
• Resolve problems and outages related to system environment
• Provide 24 hour on-call support as needed
• Strong customer service, communications and problem solving skills
• Well organized with a high degree of initiative and motivation
• Must be comfortable working in heavy manufacturing environments
Minimum Qualifications:
• Associates of Applied Science in an Engineering, IT or Electrical discipline
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with PLC based systems and ladder logic programming
• Experience with HMI or SCADA development
• Experience with Ethernet and basic network knowledge
• Ability to redline drawings and work with AutoCAD
