DACCO Behavioral Health Inc. is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health professional to join the team as the Project Director for our exciting transition to becoming a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center. The ideal candidate will have wide experience in implementing and managing integrated programming for Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Primary Care clinics, as well as proven skill in making community connections.

Position Description:
The Project Director will be responsible for developing and implementing DACCO's CCBHC plan in collaboration with members of the agency's Executive and Clinical teams. You will be directly responsible for understanding the CCBHC concept as it exists in various national models and use the agency's existing plan to develop the concept within a 2 year period. You will work with the Chief Clinical Officer and VP of Business Development to develop a client recruitment plan to meet volume and financial needs for operations, implement strategies for clinical growth, and ensure programmatic targets are achieved. You will also work with the executive team to ensure that the agency meets the ultimate goal of achieving certification. Further, you will ensure that the agency's staff is prepared for the transition from focusing primarily on the treatment of addiction to managing mental illness and are positioned and prepared to deliver and/or manage the coordination of excellent clinical care for our clients. This position will also work with the agency's Advisory and Sustainability Committees to ensure that there is full participation in the development of the CCBHC and that it is a sustainable venture.
This is a full time opportunity, with flexible hours required.
Position Requirements:
• Adaptive leadership style in order to inspire confidence and cooperation across multiple teams
• Ability to work in a team environment and flexibility in managing any challenges that may emerge in implementing a culture and training shift from focus on SUD to MH
• Ability to rely on experience, knowledge, and judgment to perform with limited supervision
• Ability to participate in community events and presentations and identify and partner with new and existing community stakeholders
• Ability to clearly articulate the agency's mission and CCBHC concept persuasively in a variety of settings
• All personnel are required to undergo a mandatory post-employment offer criminal background check
Required Experience:
• 10+ years Behavioral Health experience (Mental Health & Substance Abuse)
• 5+ years Program/Clinic management experience
• Experience with Project Management preferred
• Experience with Community Relations, Non-Profit Leadership considered
Required Education:
• Master's degree in Behavioral Health Field required
• LMHC/LCSW/LMFT preferred
• Certification in SUD, Trauma Informed Care, or Project Management preferred
