Requirements :
MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE STATE OF FLORIDA WITH AN ACTIVE & CLEAR LICENSE
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with special emphasis on effective telephone correspondence with a customer-first attitude.
Excellent problem solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain courteous and professional composure during stressful situations.
Be able to process prescriptions efficiently. (This consists of typing prescriptions, choosing the correct drug/item and submitting the claims to a third party payer.)
Experienced with handling/fixing insurance claim rejections/issues as they occur.
