• The job will require overall monitoring of the unit and the staff; collecting data and entering data into the system; implementing behavior plans after development by BCBA; assisting with patient care and treatment and work floor in case of shortage; assist in crisis on the unit; provide breaks for staff; receive RBT training and then assist in training new staff for the unit.
+ Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Services or a related field (experience may be taken in to consideration for individuals who do not hold a degree)
+ Certified Registered Behavior Technician ("RBT") or willingness to obtain RBT certification. Must obtain within 6 months of obtaining position.
+ Prefer training in and experience with applied behavior analysis services. The ideal candidate is someone working to gain supervised hours toward BCBA or BCaBA certification.
