Position Summary:
The YARP Program Manager role is responsible for administration of program operations, academic, and vocational programming and individualized case management and outcomes in accordance with related grants and contracts.
Minimum Education, Training and Experience
• Bachelor's degree and two years' related experience,
• At least two years supervisory experience required,
• Minimum intermediate skills on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint),
• Comfortable navigating within multiple data systems,
• Effective presentation skills, creating an energetic, interactive learning environment,
• Prior experience with Pre-Apprentice and Apprenticeship programming is desired,
• Experience working with state and federal grants is a plus,
• Must possess and maintain valid driver’s license in the state of employment; may be required to obtain and maintain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger and school bus endorsement.
