Maintenance Worker
Basic Maintenance needs of an 80 units apartment complex. Plumbing, basic electrical skills, landscaping and grounds maintenance, painting, vct and vinyl floor install, and more. Pay based on experience and certifications. Maintenance schedule is Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm. Must be willing to be available for after hours and/or weekend emergency calls.
Salary:
$11.00 to $12.00 / hour
