Job Description Job Description Are you a Mortgage/ Consumer Banking Professional seeking your next opportunity? Duties:
• Validate and/or distribute incoming customer credit disputes.
• Prepare loan packages according to bank, regulatory and investor guidelines by gathering and reviewing the necessary documentation and information
• Communicate with customers, staff, lenders, and counsel to respond to inquiries, resolve problems, and obtain all documentation required to complete the file
• Provide other administrative support to the department as required
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years Consumer or Mortgage Banking Experience
• Excellent Microsoft Office
