• + Responsible for day-to-day operations and services of provider in RiverValley's Outpatient Clinic(s), which include tele-psychiatry, where Physician and APRN Psychiatric services are provided to consumers.
+ Develop and implement office procedures and policies and ensures they are followed.
+ Provide training, scheduling and monitoring productivity for providers.
+ Supervise medical assistants and nursing staff by scheduling, training and arranging workflows.
+ Oversee infection control for all clinics which includes but is not limited to: ordering and monitoring supplies for first aid kits, performing injections, setting up shot clinics,reviewing and updating infection control policies/manual yearly, monitoring compliance with TB skin tests, reviewing and renewal of contracts, and education as needed.
+ Teach Kentucky Medication Safety course monthly and CPR BLS course monthly.
+ Foster positive and collaborative relations with staff Physicians, APRNs, and other departments.
+ Ensure quality services are provided and clients are treated with dignity and respect.
Mi nimum Qualifications:
+ LPN or RN with 2 years of experience in both nursing and management.
+ Preferred: Bachelors in Nursing and 3-5 years nursing and management experience.
