The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community by performing general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs. This involves ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. The Maintenance Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor.
This full time position requires previous repair experience in addition to current valid driver license, reliable transportation, auto insurance.
EPA certification preferred. If not certified will be required to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.
